Platform exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and using FiveRank implies complete acceptance of these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the Platform.
FiveRank may modify these Terms at any time, and the update date will always appear at the beginning of the document.
2. Age Requirement (18+)
FiveRank is a service intended solely for individuals over 18 years of age.
By registering, the user responsibly declares that:
- They are at least 18 years old
- The information provided is truthful
- They understand that any account detected as a minor will be deleted
Accounts associated with minors will be immediately suspended and deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
3. Purpose of Service
FiveRank is a platform dedicated to providing:
- Rankings of servers, players, and communities
- Verified reputation systems within the Roleplay ecosystem
- Report systems, internal voting, and community resolution
- Public profiles with relevant activity
- A non-binding internal "trial" system
- Marketplace for ads (no internal transactions)
- Links to external stores for scripts, designs, or services
- Virtual currency "Fivotes"
- Optional VIP subscription
FiveRank is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any company that owns GTA V.
4. Registration and Account Management
To register on FiveRank, the user must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Create a unique username
- Provide a valid email address
- Establish a password
- Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- Verify their account via Discord
The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their account
- Not sharing their credentials
- Not creating multiple accounts
- Not impersonating other people
5. Public Profiles
User profiles may display:
- Username (alias)
- Verification status
- Reputation
- Relevant activity
- Participation in rankings
The user accepts that this information is public as an essential part of the Platform's operation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
Manipulation and Fraud
- Multiple accounts
- Ranking manipulation
- False votes or reports
- Fraudulently acquired Fivotes
Security Violations
- Hacking or vulnerability attempts
- Unauthorized automation
- Unpermitted access to internal systems
Harmful Behavior
- Harassment, toxicity, or insults
- Defamation
- Publication of real data
- Exposure of private content
- Illegal content
Other Misuses
- Spam
- Phishing
- Impersonation
- Unauthorized advertising
FiveRank may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
7. Reputation System, Reports, and Internal "Trials"
FiveRank includes tools to report behaviors, open community cases, and participate in voting.
7.1. Nature of the System
The user understands that:
- FiveRank is not a court
- Voting has no legal validity
- Results only affect the internal digital ecosystem
7.2. User-Generated Content
All content (reports, comments, evidence) is the sole responsibility of the user who publishes it.
FiveRank:
- Does not guarantee content veracity
- Is not responsible for third-party generated content
- May remove content that violates rules
7.3. Prohibition on Publishing Real Data
It is forbidden to publish:
- Real names
- Real photographs
- Private information
- Private conversations
- Identifying data
FiveRank will remove any content that includes real data.
7.4. System Abuse
Using the system to defame, harass, or manipulate will result in sanctions or suspension.
8. User-Generated Content (Publications, Comments, and Posts)
Users can publish:
- comments
- posts
- reviews
- opinions
- RP-related content
All published content is the user's responsibility.
FiveRank:
- does not pre-review content
- may moderate or remove it
- is not responsible for opinions or false information
- does not guarantee the legality of published content
It is forbidden to publish:
- illegal content
- insults
- personal attacks
- offensive material
- material that infringes copyrights
- private information
- scams or frauds
9. Marketplace (Ads and Links)
FiveRank includes a "Marketplace" where users can:
- post sales ads
- promote designs, scripts, or services
- link to their own external stores
THERE ARE NO TRANSACTIONS within FiveRank.
All transactions occur outside the Platform.
Operation Responsibility
FiveRank:
- does not sell products
- does not act as a financial intermediary
- does not verify product quality
- does not guarantee deliveries
- does not protect against scams
- does not manage disputes
- is not responsible for problems between buyers and sellers
Users use the Marketplace at their own risk.
10. Intellectual Property in the Marketplace
Users must guarantee that:
- they own the content they publish
- they do not sell stolen or illegal content
- they respect licenses and copyrights of scripts/assets
- they comply with applicable regulations
FiveRank may remove content or ads that infringe copyrights.
11. Moderation
FiveRank may moderate:
- comments
- posts
- ads
- profiles
- content of any type
Moderation may be automatic or manual.
FiveRank is not obligated to:
- justify removals
- restore content
- review every publication
12. Limitation of Liability
FiveRank is not responsible for:
- content published by users
- external scams or failures in external transactions
- damages derived from ads or links
- errors or inaccuracies in third-party stores
- decisions made by servers based on reputation
- technical failures or interruptions
- behaviors of external communities
The Platform is used at the user's own responsibility.
13. Fivotes (Virtual Currency)
Fivotes:
- are not real money
- are non-refundable
- cannot be converted to money
- only work within FiveRank
Purchase of Fivotes is made through Stripe or PayPal.
FiveRank does not process or store banking information.
14. VIP Subscription
The VIP subscription:
- is monthly
- renews automatically
- is non-refundable
- is canceled from the user panel
- maintains benefits until its expiration date
15. Account Suspension or Deletion
If a user is suspended:
- they lose access to Fivotes
- they lose access to VIP
- they have no right to refunds
If they voluntarily delete their account, the same applies.
16. Service Availability
FiveRank does not guarantee:
- continuous availability
- total absence of errors
- permanent stability
There may be interruptions due to:
- maintenance
- updates
- external failures
17. Intellectual Property
All official FiveRank content is exclusive property of the project.
Content published by users remains theirs but allows its display within the Platform.
